Closing Day Remiders. . .

Dear Friends,  

Today is an exciting time for all cast members and families.

In order to make sure nothing is left being at the conclusion of our run...please do the following:

1. ALL items must be removed from the green room BEFORE the cast party begins.  Any items left behind will be discarded.

2.  The animal shields, that were so beautifully made, are for your cast member to take home. 

Please remove this item from the theater BEFORE the cast party begins.

3. In order for me to complete my records for this season...all balances must be handed in today; that includes t-shirt orders, ad balances and theater donations.

4.  Videography information will be posted on the blog in a few days.  Keep checking in for updates.

5.  T-Shirts.  I am able to order more t-shirts for our cast/friends.  I will need to know your order information no later than this Friday.

Reminders:

*Your cast member will need water and snacks.  They should not get food from concessions.  
*Your cast member will need a book or something quiet to do while backstage.  
*Ater they have changed out of their costumes, the cast will be able to greet family and friends.  
*No phones backstage.

Enjoy this weekend and all that your child brings to this unique musical.

We will run Act 1 starting at 5:15 p.m.

We will continue running the show as we focus on costumes.

We will conclude at  9:15 p.m. tonight. (note change).

TECH WEEK    CCA

June 5      Arrive at theater by 4:45 p.m.  
                 Run show at 7:00 p.m.
                 Conclude at 9:15 p.m.

June 6      Arrive at the theater by 4:45 p.m.
                  Run Act 1 at 7:15  p.m.  
                 Conclude rehearsal at 8:45 p.m.

June 7     Arrive at the Theater by 4:45 p.m.  
                 Run Act 2 at 7:15 p.m.
                 Conclude at 9:00 p.m.

June 8          Theater is Dark!  No Rehearsal!

LKj June 3 Update

Dear Flutterbye Family,

Due to the intricacies of our makeup, we are going to stagger arrival times for the cast today.

The schedule will be:
11:30-12:30 p.m.
All Hyenas, Scar, Mufasa, Timon, Sarafina, Sarabi, Gazelles, Rafiki

12:45 p.m. 
All other Cast members.  Please be on time!  

A few gentle reminders:

*Please have your cast member bring make-up remover and a cloth to wash with .

*All Phones are being collected.  If you need to reach a cast or crew member, please call me.

*All T-shirt money, cast member donations, and Ad balances must be given before the run of our show.

*Remind your cast member to bring homework or something quiet to do during rehearsal, tech week and the run of the show.

The cast/crew have worked very hard these past few months.

I am incredibly proud of what they have accomplished as a community..they are creative and caring young people.  

Bravo to them all!
