May 20th SnapPizza Fundraiser Information!!

Dear Flutterbye Family,

We will be holding our first SnapPizza fundraiser on May 20 from 5:00-9:30 p.m. in Jenkintown.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy a good meal with friends and family while supporting Flutterbye and our spring production.

All you need to do is print the coupon (which is on the right sidebar of the blog) and bring it to the venue.  You CANNOT solicit outside the restaurant or inside.  Failure to comply with these rule will negate our fundraiser.

Patrons need to use the coupon in order for the company to receive 50% of the profits from the fundraising event.

We will need Flutterbye representatives during the 5:00-9:30 p.m. time slot.

Shifts can be in half hour to an hour increments.

Start thinking about what time slot you would like to cover during this event.

Send the coupon to those who love pizza, and especially to those who support the arts!!

Just a reminder. . . .

Dear Friends,

Just a gentle reminder that each rehearsal is an important step to the success of our performance in June.

We tend to receive multiple emails during the week about cast members missing rehearsals for various reasons.

Other than already scheduled vacation plans or sports conflicts, it is impetrative that your cast member attend rehearsals that they are called for.

If they miss a rehearsal, we cannot guarantee that they they will be in the scenes that they have missed.

Do your best to make sure your cast member is prepared and available for all scheduled dates and times.
