Celebrate with our Cast and Flutterbye Community
It's time to CELEBRATE!!
A cast party will be held on June 14th, after Sunday’s show.
We are asking that each cast member bring in $5 for each person joining the party.
All family members are welcome to the festivities!
Please bring the $5.00 donation this Saturday or Sunday, in an envelope with your name on it.
You can give the donations to Lys.
It would be great to have some wonderful desserts for the event as well.
Please bring a tasty sweet to the party.
Let us know what you might like to bring.

Rehearsal Update....June 6/7 and Beyond
Hello Everyone,
Below is the schedule for the coming weeks. Please read carefully.
I am still in search of someone to help run concessions, help run the cast party (I have one volunteer thus far), and backstage help.
Please support the theater and come join in the fun.
All costume items that your cast member needs, must be brought in this Saturday.
Rehearsal Schedule and TECH week:
June 6th
We must start on time. Please be in the theater and ready to rehearse.
12:00-2:30 p.m.
Baker, Baker's Wife, Rapunzel, Cinderella's Prince, Rapunzel's Prince, Cinderella, Witch, Step Mother, Lucinda, Florinda, Mysterious Man, Steward, Narrators, Jack, Jack's Mother, and ALL THE COWS!!!!!
2:30-5:00 p.m.
ENTIRE CAST and CREW!!!!!
June 7th
We must start at 11:45 p.m.
Please be in the theater and ready to rehearse.
11:45-4:45 p.m.
ENTIRE CAST and CREW
During TECH week, please arrive at the theater by 5:45 p.m. We will run the Entire show each night.
June 8th-
Be On Time
5:45-end of show (possibly 9:30 p.m.)
If the little folks need to leave, I totally understand.
June 9th
Be On Time
I will be running curtain calls. For this run-through, all members need to stay until 9:30 p.m.
June 10th
Be On Time
5:45-end of show (possibly 9:30 p.m.)
If the little folks need to leave-I totally understand.
June 11th
The theater is dark!
June 12th
Be On Time
Opening Show at 7:30 p.m.
Arrive NO LATER than 5:30 p.m.

Wine and Cheese begins at 5:45 p.m.
